Session 1: Your First AI Skills

60 minutes

A hands-on introduction to AI for people who haven't used it before (or haven't used it much). Everyone leaves having actually done something useful with AI on their own work.

After this session you will be able to:

  • Access and navigate the AI tools available to you and understand what each one is for
  • Write your first effective prompts on a real task from your own workload
  • Use AI within your organization's policies, knowing what's permitted and how to handle data safely

Session 2: Practical Fluency

60 minutes

Move from first attempts to reliable results. Focus on the tasks executives do most: drafting, synthesis, research, and meeting prep.

After this session you will be able to:

  • Use AI to meaningfully accelerate the tasks that take up most of your week
  • Iterate on AI outputs to get from rough draft to usable result faster
  • Verify what AI produces so you can act on and share outputs with confidence

Session 3: Working Better Together

60 minutes

Shift from individual skills to team capability. Identify where AI reduces friction in how the team communicates, collaborates, and gets work done.

After this session you will be able to:

  • Identify the highest-value AI opportunities in your team's specific workflows and handoffs
  • Align on shared norms and a lightweight playbook so the team uses AI consistently
  • Apply AI together to a real cross-team workflow during the session

Session 4: Extending Your Impact

60 minutes

How to role-model AI adoption for the broader organization and sustain momentum beyond the workshop.

After this session you will be able to:

  • Identify two or three high-impact opportunities to expand AI capability beyond your immediate team
  • Articulate AI's business value in terms your broader organization will understand and act on
  • Leave with a simple next-step plan to sustain and grow your team's AI capability over time
