- I'm a total beginner. Is that okay?
- Yes. Plenty of people I work with have never really used AI. We start with where to go, how to sign in safely and one useful task. There are no dumb questions here.
- What do we actually work on?
- Something from your real week. A client email you keep putting off, a spreadsheet you rebuild every month, notes from a long meeting. You leave with it done.
- Is it safe to use AI with confidential information?
- It depends on the tool, your account settings and your organization's rules. Every session covers what is and isn't safe to share in your situation.
- Will you just show me how it's done?
- No. You're hands on keyboard the whole time, in coaching and in workshops. I guide and you drive, so the skills are yours when we're done.
