Common questions
- Do we need to do a workshop first?
- No, but it helps. The ranked use-case list from a team workshop becomes the advisory agenda from month one, instead of spending the first month building it.
- What does the time look like?
- Roughly 10 hours of advisory time a month plus one enablement session a quarter. Hours are tracked against that scope so we both know where things stand.
- Who from our side should be involved?
- Whoever owns the AI decisions. Usually an executive sponsor, the person running the use-case list, and whoever fields vendor and compliance questions. A small, steady group works best.
- How is the executive seminar priced?
- By group size and format. After a short call about who's attending and what they need to decide, I'll send a fixed price.
