AI workshops your team will actually use
Hands-on sessions for small teams at law firms, healthcare organizations and nonprofits. Everyone works on their own material, in the tools your organization already approves, with the question of what's safe to share answered as you go.
Every stop on the My team line
Most teams ride the first three stops in a four-session workshop. The later stops suit teams that are ready to build.
Stop 1
Team basics
Everyone gets set up safely and finishes a real task on their own material, in the tools your organization already approves.
Stop 2
Safe use
Confidentiality, HIPAA and privilege, made practical. A clear line on what can go into which tool, and who decides.
Stop 3
Shared habits
A shared set of prompts and routines for the work your team repeats every week.
Stop 4
Team workflows
Two or three of your recurring processes, rebuilt with AI in the loop and a person checking the result.
Stop 5
Agents for teams
A build session where your team designs agents for its own work, with review steps built in from the start.
Built for your kind of work

Common questions
- How is this different from a generic AI training?
- Generic training teaches prompting in the abstract. Here your team works on its own deliverables in its own approved tools, and we settle what's safe to share inside every exercise.
- Our team is at very different levels. Does that work?
- Yes, and it's the usual situation. The basics come first for everyone, and people who are further along get harder versions of the same exercise.
- Do you offer something shorter?
- Yes. A single 60-minute session works well for associations, bar sections and lunch-and-learns. Ask and I'll suggest a format.
- What happens after the workshop?
- Some teams stop there with a plan they can run themselves. Others move to an ongoing advisory arrangement, where the ranked use-case list becomes the agenda.
